We’ve compiled a list of the best girls trip destinations worldwide to fit every budget, location, and type of activity. Let’s get into it!

Best Girls Trip Destinations Around the World

1. Maui, Hawaii

Palm Trees and Sunset

Being from Hawaii, I’m definitely biased, but I believe any of the Hawaiian islands would be perfect for an unforgettable getaway with your girls. Maui is great because it’s safe, peaceful, and provides impressive outdoor activities and many relaxing ways. It’s also a place that can fit in with any travel style – from budget to luxury.

If lying on the beach, swimming, and enjoying beautiful weather sounds like your ideal girl getaway, Maui will be perfect. Some of the most relaxing places to park yourself under the shade of a palm tree include Ka’anapali Beach and Big Beach. For more adventure, I highly recommend a snorkeling tour to Molokini, hiking through Iao Valley, watching the sunrise from Haleakala, or driving the iconic Road to Hana.

For a bit of relaxation, indulge in a luxurious spa treatment. Many Maui resorts come equipped with a tranquil and relaxing on-site spa. And at least once, end the day off enjoying the delicious food and entertainment at a Hawaiian luau.

2. Las Vegas, Nevada

City lights and illuminated buildings

One of our favorite girls trip ideas in the US is none other than Sin City! Las Vegas is an excellent destination for a girls trip because of its extravagant hotels, fantastic nightlife, shows, and world-class restaurants. Las Vegas can be done cheaply, or you can splurge on unforgettable experiences like shows and fancy restaurants.

There’s so much to do in Vegas, from partying the night away at the clubs to gambling at the casinos, driving supercars in Las Vegas, to enjoying dazzling entertainment. Countless icons, including Celine Dion, Britney Spears, and Lady Gaga, have had residencies in Vegas, so with outstanding musical performances and mind-boggling live shows, you’re guaranteed to have a good night.

The food in Vegas is also second to none. Start your day with brunch at Mon Ami Gabi – the outdoor patio provides stunning views of the Bellagio Fountain. For a chic dinner spot, check out Mizumi in the Wynn. Their wagyu beef fried rice is out of this world!

3. Venice, Italy

Boats in Canal

With its winding canals, beautiful architecture, and amazing food, Venice is a must-visit destination for many, making it hard to beat when it comes to incredible destinations for the ultimate girls getaway. It can be difficult to find a city with so much history and culture as incredibly beautiful as Venice.

Between St. Mark’s Square, gondola rides on the Grand Canal, and shopping along Rialto Bridge, you and the girls will have your itinerary full and your hearts happy. Between all the fun and shenanigans, stop by Suso for the most amazing gelato. Avoid eating and drinking in St. Mark’s Square, it’s overpriced, and you can find better food and drinks elsewhere.

I love eating almost anywhere along the Grand Canal, but a great spot off the main streets is Restaurant La Caravella. And don’t forget to stop for a bellini at the iconic Harry’s Bar. Your next girls trip to Venice will be an unforgettable time filled with amazing food and memorable experiences!

4. Santorini, Greece

White Houses on a Cliff

While the Greek island of Santorini is renowned as one of the most romantic destinations in the world, it’s also an excellent destination for a girls trip! There are many exciting activities and a fun but lowkey party scene. It’s the perfect combo for the girls that want to have fun in the sun during the day and enjoy themselves at night.

Some of my favorite things to do in Santorini include laying out at a beach club in Kamari, going on a snorkel tour of the caldera, and exploring the ruins of Akrotiri. Make sure to reserve part of the day for wine tastings – Santorini is home to some of the best wineries in Greece. And don’t forget to indulge in some fantastic Greek cuisine. My favorite restaurants in Santorini are Hook Bar in Kamari, Classico in Fira, and Apsithia in Oia.

Nightlife in Santorini is mainly concentrated in Kamari, Perissa, and Fira. Fira is the island’s capital and home to several nightclubs, while Kamari and Perissa have a few lively beach clubs. Oia is more low-key but is the best place to watch the sunset on the island – but only if you get there early!

5. Palm Springs, California

Empty Road and Palm trees

Palm Springs is perfect for a quick girls weekend getaway. It’s a wonderful place to indulge in rest with its main activities, including shopping, spa days, and culinary experiences.

El Paseo Shopping District is the place to be when shopping in the desert. You’ll find a mix of high-end stores and boutiques here, as well as art galleries and restaurants. It is nicknamed the “Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs” for a reason! After a day of R&R, splurge on a fancy dinner at Copley’s on Palm Canyon.

I personally think one of the most fun things to do in Palm Springs, especially for a girls trip, is going to the Saguaro Hotel’s famous drag brunch. It’s super fun, the queens and talented and hilarious, and this experience will definitely make for an unforgettable trip. Don’t forget to tip your drag queens!

You’ll love playing at the Palm Springs Golf Club if you and the gals are more sporty. And for outdoor lovers, Joshua Tree National Park is a must-visit. You can visit as a day trip or rent an adorable airstream for the night at AutoCamp Joshua Tree.

Places like the International Rose Test Garden, Washington Park, and Forest Park offer expansive green spaces in the middle of this weird city. If you want to leave the city, I highly recommend visiting Multnomah Falls and other incredible sights along the Columbia River Gorge. In the city, you and your gals can enjoy a donut tour, sampling some of Portland’s famous food carts, and ending the day off on a dinner cruise down the Willamette River. Landmarks like Powell’s City of Books, the Portland Art Museum, and the Pittock Mansion should definitely be in your Portland itinerary. And if you’re visiting during the weekend, the Portland Saturday Market at the Waterfront Park is an absolute must!

Charming cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and loads of history make Charleston, South Carolina, one of the best Southern girls trip destinations. This historical capital city’s laidback vibe makes you feel like you’re in a small town while providing ample things to see and do.

You also won’t want to miss the most iconic landmarks of San Francisco, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, Pier 39, the Painted Ladies, and the Presidio.

I think one of the most iconic things to do in San Francisco with a group of girlfriends is to have afternoon tea at The Garden Court in the Palace Hotel. After your tea time, ride one of San Francisco’s iconic cable cars and admire the uniqueness of Lombard Street.

13. New Orleans, Louisiana

Foodie friends looking for a great destination for a girl’s trip should definitely consider New Orleans. This party city is known for its fun atmosphere, great music, exciting attractions, and unique cuisine.

It’s also the home of Mardi Gras! You can enjoy live music at The Spotted Cat on Frenchmen Street or take a ghost tour of the city’s most haunted spots. Indulge in beignets for breakfast at the popular Cafe du Monde. You can also visit Cafe Beignet on Royal Street for more famous fritters.

The Court of Two Sisters is an elegant brunch buffet on an outdoor patio where live entertainment can be enjoyed. Speaking of food, I highly recommend taking a Cajun and Creole cooking class hosted by the New Orleans School of Cooking! As you learn to cook a delicious meal, you’ll also hear tales about New Orleans’ fascinating history.

Continue the fun with a steamboat cruise along the Mississippi River, a swamp and bayou tour, or souvenir shopping at the Shops of the Colonnade. This exciting city always has something going on, so you’ll have a good time in The Big Easy!

Austin, Texas’s capital city, embodies a hip vibe and lively atmosphere perfect for a quick girls getaway. Austin is known as the world’s live music capital due to the numerous music venues you’ll find scattered throughout the city. So grab your girls and get ready for a rockin’ good teime!

When planning your trip to Austin, check out the various music venues to see who will be playing. Music artists from virtually all genres perform in this town, so finding a show or two for you and your girls to enjoy won’t be a challenge. When you’re not at a concert, check out some of Austin’s amazing breweries and restaurants.

Other fun activities in Austin include kayaking under the Congress Avenue Bridge at sunset to see the city’s beloved bats, going on a sightseeing bike tour, visiting McKinney Falls State Park, and watching the sunset from Mount Bonnell. 15. Newport, Rhode Island

Historic House

The coastal town of Newport, Rhode Island, is an ideal destination for a girls weekend trip. This historic city is home to some of America’s most famous mansions, including The Breakers and Marble House. There’s plenty to do in Newport, from boutique shopping and dining to kayaking and hiking.

With plenty of bars, hotels, and restaurants, you’ll never run out of things to do in this adorable New England town. Plus, the summer climate is beautiful, so book a sailing trip while you’re there. Some of the best things to do in Newport include cruising Narragansett Bay, bar hopping, and eating delicious fresh seafood at Midtown Oyster Bar.

16. Bali, Indonesia

Temple by the River

Like many young Americans, my first international trip as an adult was to Bali. The people are extremely friendly, the scenery is gorgeous, and it’s a very affordable destination visit. All of these factors make Bali a great escape for a girls trip. Flights to Bali can get expensive, but with some planning, you can find awesome deals. I highly recommend signing up for Going (formerly Scott’s Cheap Flights) or checking Skyscanner.

Once you’re there, though, Bali is quite cheap compared to similar destinations. You and your girls can splurge on amazing experiences like spa days, fine dining experiences, and luxury hotels and villas. The island is also filled with cute cafes and hip beach clubs, so you can spend your days chilling out or going on adventures.

While Bali is great for partying, I highly recommend checking out the natural and historical landmarks throughout the island. Spend a few hours at the Ubud Monkey Forest, visit the Tanah Lot Temple, and take a day trip to Nusa Penida. Driving is pretty hectic in Bali, so avoid renting a car and opt for tours or hiring a driver. Also, if you plan to visit temples, ensure your shoulders and knees are covered.

With its beautiful beaches and sunny weather, it’s the perfect place to relax and have some fun with your girlfriends.

Start the day with a relaxing morning walk through Balboa Park, Torrey Pines, or La Jolla Shores. Then, head to Morning Glory for an amazing brunch in the cutest pink restaurant. This eatery features unique menu items like breakfast carbonara, dim sum, and a lobster omelet.

One of my favorite beaches in San Diego is La Jolla Cove, but I also recommend taking the ferry to Coronado and spending a day there. Other amazing experiences for your group include going on a sailing tour, visiting the Gaslamp Quarter, and wine tasting throughout Little Italy.

18. Wilmington, North Carolina

One of the things that can bond girlfriends the most is their favorite shows. All of my best friends and I are still obsessed with One Tree Hill to this day, and I know many other women around my age are too, which is why I think its main filming location, Wilmington in North Carolina, would make a perfect girls trip destination! Not only can you visit iconic filming locations, but it’s also an adorable town with great quirks and hidden gems.

Wilmington is also where other iconic TV series have been filmed, including Dawson’s Creek and The Summer I Turned Pretty. When you’re not touring these memorable filming locations, you can enjoy a history and architecture tour, visit some of the cities’ best breweries, or go fishing with an expert guide in Wrightsville Beach. There are many historic buildings to visit, including the Bellamy Mansion, Burgwin-Wright House, and the Historic Thalian Hall.

One of the most charming parts of Wilmington is the Riverwalk, located in the historic downtown area. The Riverwalk is lined with amazing local shops, cute cafes and restaurants, and amazing art galleries. Make sure to check out The Cotton Exchange, also downtown, to find unique souvenirs, clothing, and jewelry.

19. Denver, Colorado

Skyscrapers and Skyline

Why Denver for your next girls getaway? The Mile High City is known for its incredible art and science museums, inventive craft breweries, and historical landmarks. It’s also not too far from the majestic Rocky Mountains, giving visitors and locals endless opportunities to enjoy nature at its finest.

I’m not exaggerating when I say Denver has no shortage of fascinating museums. Though you probably won’t get through all of them, some of the best and most interesting are the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the Denver Art Museum, and the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. The most cost-effective way to visit these museums and more of Denver’s top attractions is to purchase the Denver CityPASS.

Don’t forget to spend some time in nature while having the beautiful Rocky Mountains in your backyard. If you’re a group of thrill-seekers, you must try whitewater rafting or a zipline adventure tour. For the more laidback girlies, Denver offers unique experiences like this cannabis-friendly painting class (you are in the Mile High City, after all). And for music lovers, you have to catch a show at the Red Rocks Amphitheater, one of the most unique music venues in the country.

Croatia is a magical destination that’s great any time of year. The historic island of Hvar has tons to offer visitors who enjoy basking in the warm sun and exploring medieval treasures. Hvar also boasts a lively nightlife scene that could even put Ibiza and Mykonos to shame!

The most popular thing to do and a total must for anyone staying in Hvar is to spend the day island hopping between the Pakleni Islands. I also highly recommend visiting the stunning Blue Cave and Green Cave, which you can do by going on a boat tour.

Spend the night bar and club hopping through Hvar Town. The best clubs and bars include Carpe Diem, Central Park Club, and Veneranda. You’ll also want to explore the town’s beautiful medieval churches and monasteries. And for the best views of the island, hike up to Hvar Fort, located right above the old town.

21. Athens, Greece

Parthenon at Athens, Greece

The ancient European city of Athens is an amazing girls getaway destination for those looking to see history come alive. It’s probably one of the best sightseeing places and can also be paired with a quick escape to the beautiful Greek Islands.

Block out at least one to two days of your schedule to do some amazing sightseeing. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, too. You’ll definitely be getting your 10,000 steps in! If you don’t want to stress about all the logistics of fitting in all the sights and landmarks you’ll want to see, I highly recommend hiring a private guide for a day.

Modern-day Athens has quite the party scene as well. Especially in the summer, you’ll often find outdoor music festivals throughout Athens and Piraeus. And if you need a caffeine boost the next morning, one of my favorite things about Greece is that you can find iced coffee (called freddo espresso) on just about every block! A true rarity in most of Europe.

22. Indianapolis, Indiana

Monument with 4 Pillars

Indianapolis is known for its many sporting events, particularly its three large annual car races, which include the Indy 500. This terrific Midwestern city is packed with plenty of things to do, from exploring its many museums and landmarks to indulging in some serious shopping and fine dining. And if you’re looking for a little nightlife action, Indy has you well and covered there, too!

Indy offers an array of experiences, including a visit to the Fletcher Place neighborhood, where you can explore local breweries and distilleries or check out some of the city’s best restaurants, like Bluebeard. On Mass Avenue, you’ll find an abundance of bars and pubs and plenty of shopping and top dining options.

This city is great for a quick Midwestern city break with the girls. It’s affordable while still offering plenty of excitement and things to do. If you want a trip to a big city that’s not overwhelming, like New York or Chicago, I highly recommend considering Indianapolis.

23. Kyoto, Japan

Kyle Kroeger / ViaTravelers

Japan is brimming with jaw-dropping cities like Kyoto and Tokyo. Japan is one of the world’s great countries for a girls trip due to its incredible sights and restaurants, which are the top reasons to visit Japan. You can’t go wrong with Kyoto – a haven for history buffs with many temples and shrines.

Be sure to visit the famous Kiyomizu-Dera Temple and the picturesque Fushimi Inari-Taisha Shrine while in town. And don’t forget to take in the city’s beautiful architecture, stunning gardens, and delicious traditional cuisine. If it’s your first time in Japan, I also highly recommend experiencing a traditional tea ceremony.

There are so many amazing places for sightseeing, you definitely won’t get bored on a trip to Kyoto. Visit the Kinkaku-Ji Zen Buddhist temple, famous for its beautiful golden pavilion. Enjoy an ethereal walk through the bamboo forest of Arashiyama. Between all the sightseeing, shop with the girls for the best souvenirs to buy in Japan, like Kyo-shikki lacquerware.

24. Cartagena, Colombia

Colorful Buildings

Cartagena is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved colonial cities in South America. Its vibrant culture, gorgeous architecture, and stunning beaches make it the perfect destination for a fun-filled girl’s trip.

Stroll through its walled old town, get up close and personal with tropical fish at Playa Blanca, or embark on a relaxing sunset cruise. This seaside city is so vibrant and lively that you’ll have no trouble keeping your girl gang entertained!

I highly recommend walking through the colorful neighborhood of Getsemani, where you’ll find lovely street vendors, cute cafes, and shops adorned with cascading flowers. Take a break from the city and the sea and head to Totumo Volcano for a healing mud bath. In the evening, head back to Getsemani to dance the night away at Cafe Havana.

25. Seville, Spain

Cathedral and Sunset

I absolutely adore Seville. It’s almost always warm and sunny and is filled with gorgeous buildings and people. It’s so easy to experience Spain’s vibrant culture and traditions here, especially around certain holidays like Easter. The architecture is heavily influenced by Arab and North African cultures, creating a beautiful melting pot.

Two places you cannot miss in Seville are the Alcazar Palace and Casa de Pilatos. These are two of the most beautiful buildings I’ve ever seen, filled with so much history. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re stunning photo backdrops. Other incredibly beautiful places in Seville include the Plaza de Espana and Setas de Sevilla, both in the city center.

It would also be a shame to visit Seville without experiencing a live flamenco performance! The show is incredible, and the dancers and musicians are so talented. We went to a show on my mother-in-law’s birthday, and they even sang her happy birthday and got her to dance on stage! Such a wonderful memory for her and us.

Where to Stay

26. Lisbon, Portugal

Historical Tower

This stunning Portuguese city is great for the girls who want to explore a beautiful European city without breaking the bank. Prices in Lisbon are much more affordable than in Paris or Milan, and you can often find amazing flight deals. It’s also awesome to visit year-round.

In the summer, you can enjoy soaking up the sun on the beach or swimming in the ocean; and in the winter, you can explore the charming Christmas markets or take a cozy wine tour. Lisbon is known for its hilly streets, so if you want to take it easy, I recommend going on a half-day tour of the city by Tuk-tuk!

I also recommend going on a day trip to Sintra and Cascais. The sights here are stunning; exploring these two places is a great way to spend a day. When you return to Lisbon, indulge in amazing Portuguese foods and drinks.

My absolute favorites have to be pastel de nata and Port wine. Pastel de nata is a little pastry that’s basically a mini egg custard pie with a soft and flaky crust; it’s great for breakfast or dessert! When I took a Port wine tour during my last trip to Portugal, I discovered port is technically considered a liquor because it’s made with Brandy! Still absolutely delicious, and I will tell myself I’m drinking wine and not straight-up liquor.

27. Auckland, New Zealand

Skyline of Auckland, New Zealand
A. Karnholz / Adobe Stock

I’ve visited over 30 countries, and New Zealand is still one of my absolute favorites. There is so much to see and experience, from surreal landscapes to a bustling city and a warm and welcoming culture. Auckland and the rest of the North Island is a great place to get out and explore with some of your best friends.

One of the most popular landmarks in Auckland is the Sky Tower. If you’re an adrenaline junkie, you can even bungee jump off of it! To see all that the city of Auckland has to offer, I recommend going on a half-day sightseeing tour. For the city’s best views and Auckland Harbor, head over to Mount Eden.

While the city is great, you definitely need to get out and explore the rest of the North Island when visiting New Zealand. Two of my favorite places are the Hobbiton Movie Set and Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. While I’ve never watched Lord of the Rings (yes, you can judge me), it was so cool to see these little hobbit houses that seem like they’ve just always been there. And the Waitomo Cave is breathtaking – one of the most unique places I’ve ever seen! One other place I recommend visiting is Rotorua. There are gorgeous natural hot springs and lots of places to learn more about the native Maori culture.

Where to Stay

28. Budapest, Hungary

Illuminated Church

Budapest is one of the most underrated cities in Europe. The capital city of Hungary is full of culture and history, not to mention plenty of bars and clubs for nights out on the town. The best time to visit is around Christmas. There are many incredible Christmas markets throughout the city and plenty of spas and incredible thermal baths to visit.

While you’re here, check out the famous Széchenyi Baths. It’s super affordable and a great way to spend a cold day. Make sure to bring a robe and slippers – while the baths are very warm, running between the indoor and outdoor baths only in a bikini in cold temperatures was not fun!

When you’re not soaking in the city’s warm and cozy thermal baths, check out the beautiful architecture, including the Hungarian Parliament Building and Buda Castle. You can also enjoy a day of shopping at one of the many trendy boutiques or take a river cruise down the Danube River. If you’re visiting while the Christmas markets are happening, stop at one of them for lunch and dinner! It’s cheap, and the food is delicious, hearty, and filling. Just perfect for a winter day.

An easy and fun international destination for your next girls weekend getaway has to be a trip to Cabo. A few days in this tropical resort city offers visitors so much fun under the sun, whether you’re looking to be on the water all day or on the town all night.

The top activity that should be on your itinerary is to take a boat tour of the stunning Arch of Los Cabos. Even better, splurge on a half-day luxury sailing tour that will guide you through the beauty of the Baja Coast. Jet-skiing, kayaking, and snorkeling are other fun aquatic activities that can be enjoyed off the coast of Cabo. And if you’re visiting between December and April, be sure to book a whale-watching excursion!

What’s one of the best things about Mexico? The country’s delicious cuisine! Head downtown to enjoy sampling dishes from Cabo’s best hidden gems and local hot spots. You can walk it off by hiking up to the Pedregal to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the city and the Pacific Ocean or party all night at El Squid Roe.

31. New York, New York

Sunset view of New York City Cityscape, NYC, USA

I can’t imagine more iconic girls trip than enjoying some fancy (read: overpriced) cocktails at a rooftop bar in the crown jewel of the East Coast: New York City. You and your girls can stroll through Central Park, catch a Broadway show, check out some of the world’s best museums, and so much more in The Big Apple. There are thousands of things you can do in this amazing city!

If you don’t know where to begin, take a New York sightseeing tour. You’ll hit all the biggest landmarks and tourist attractions and discover neighborhoods and hidden gems you can return to later. One of my favorite parts of New York is the High Line, an old railway set above ground that is one of the most beautiful and unique parks in the city. Another great spot to explore with your girls is the Chelsea Market. You can find a variety of vendors, including street food, flea markets, and other interesting small businesses.

In the evening, head to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt for golden hour and watch the sunset over this buzzing city. There are endless amazing restaurants in the city, but if you want to feel like a celebrity, make a reservation at Carbone, The Nines, Jack’s Wife Freda, or American Bar.

Key West is Florida’s southernmost point and one of the best places on the East Coast for a girls weekend getaway. Endless fun activities include sailing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, and wildlife viewing! Spend your vacation relaxing on the beach, sipping on adult beverages, and enjoying the warm ocean with your best friends by your side.

If you want to spend quality time away from the beach, I highly recommend checking out the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. It’s located on the famous Duval Street and houses over 50 different species of beautiful butterflies. Along Duval Street, you’ll also find many of the island’s best cafes, bars, and restaurants. Hog’s Breath Saloon, Sloppy Joe’s, Green Parrot, and Old Town Tavern are some of the most fun places to grab a drink and unwind.

After a night out on the town, get your energy back with brunch at Pepe’s, Key West’s oldest restaurant. Continue getting to know this charming island by eating through the town on a food and cultural walking tour. Visit all the local gems and learn about Key West’s history from an expert guide.

For a girls trip full of adventure and excitement, head to gorgeous San Juan, Puerto Rico. This city is full of old-world charm but has lots to offer regarding dining, shopping, and fantastic hotels. Whether you’re looking to explore beautiful cathedrals and castles, swim in the ocean, or adventure through the jungle, Puerto Rico has it all!

Let’s begin with food. Puerto Rico has a unique blend of cultures and cuisines, so the best way to get a true taste of the island is by going on a food tour. Sample delicious dishes like mofongo, pasteles, and arroz con gandules. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

One of the best things about Puerto Rico is its varied activities that you can enjoy. If you love a more rugged adventure, consider going on an ATV tour through the Puerto Rican countryside or ziplining. Fun fact: the last zipline at Campo Rico drops you off at a refreshing mojito bar! If you’re looking for an activity that’s a bit more relaxing, you can go horseback riding to enjoy the gorgeous scenery at a slower pace. For those who love being out on the water, you can go on a guided LED night kayak through Condado Lagoon.

With its vibrant nightlife, legendary live music venues, and historic buildings, Nashville is best experienced with a group of your closest and most fun-loving friends! This Southern city is an easy flight from every major city in the United States, so even if your besties live in different parts of the country, you can all meet up in Music City.

Throughout your trip, you should definitely visit Nashville’s most famous landmarks. These include the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, The Parthenon, and the Johnny Cash Museum. If you’re short on time, I recommend the Nashville hop-on hop-off trolley tour. Stops include famous mansions, historic theaters, and several museums.

We all know that the bar scene in Nashville is incredibly hard to beat. There are all kinds of bars for all kinds of people. It can get overwhelming, so if you want to do bar hopping, trust the experts and join a pub crawl! You’ll enjoy some of Nashville’s best bars and even make new friends. For something a little more laid back, enjoy a daytime “murals and mimosas” walking tour through the city. If you have a sweet tooth, you definitely have to check out this donut-tasting tour.

If seeing the Northern Lights has been on your bucket list, you and your girls have got to go to Iceland! There’s endless natural beauty to behold on this volcanic island and sights so stunning that a few pictures simply won’t do them justice.

The best time to see the Northern Lights in Iceland is in the winter, from September until April. The long, nights allow for better visibility of this natural phenomenon. There are so many other fun activities to enjoy in the winter, including touring Iceland’s unique ice caves and going on a full-day Golden Circle tour. Iceland’s iconic Golden Circle includes famous landmarks such as Kerid Crater, Gullfoss Waterfall, Geysir, and Thingvellir National Park. They don’t call it the Land of Fire and Ice for nothing!

Iceland in the summertime is pretty unreal, too. A top activity on most people’s lists is visiting the gorgeous Blue Lagoon. The water is warm and cozy, and the mud is great for your skin. After you soak, enjoy a gourmet meal with a view at LAVA Restaurant. You can also spot adorable Atlantic puffins in the summer. Continue the adventure with a Red Lava Horse Riding Tour. Horseback riding through the surreal Icelandic landscapes will be a memory you will treasure with your girls for years to come!
